What does the setup include?
We handle it for you: import your customer list, connect your booking or point-of-sale tool, switch on reminders, confirmations and rebooking using the templates you choose, set up self-scheduling, register your WhatsApp Business profile, and launch your first win-back campaign. Text, email and call reminders are usually live within 48 hours. WhatsApp follows once Meta verifies your business, which can take several days.
Do you write or design our messages?
No, you start from our template library. It covers reminders, confirmations, rebooking, win-back, invitations, reviews and updates for every channel, with versions for common industries. Edit the wording however you like and add your logo, colours and photos to emails and postcards. We don't create custom designs.
How does the win-back guarantee work?
In your first week we message past customers who haven't booked in a while and have agreed to hear from you. If those messages don't book at least the value of your setup fee within 30 days of launch, we refund the setup fee. On yearly plans, where setup is free, we add two months to your plan instead.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans waive the setup fee, include two months free and add a holiday postcard mailing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. Choose the Full Calendar Program or Multi-location when you sign up (or later, under Billing) and we'll contact you to do the setup for you; the win-back guarantee then covers your first 30 days.
What are credits for?
On the Program and Multi-location, appointment reminders, confirmations and rebooking messages are unlimited (fair use), so credits only cover promotions and announcements. One credit sends one text, one WhatsApp reminder, ten emails or 20 seconds of calling; a WhatsApp promotion uses three. On Do it yourself, credits cover every message. Mail is priced per piece.
Can my customers reply?
Yes. Text, WhatsApp and email replies land in your shared inbox, and call recipients can press a key to confirm or ask for a callback. Confirmations update automatically.
Can you message customers on WhatsApp?
Yes, on the Full Calendar Program and Multi-location. During setup we register your WhatsApp Business profile with Meta and submit your chosen templates for approval. You'll need a phone number that isn't already on WhatsApp, or we can provide one. Customers must agree to hear from you on WhatsApp, and messages you start, like reminders, always use an approved template; once a customer replies, you can chat freely for 24 hours. Replies land in the same shared inbox as texts and emails.
How does self-scheduling work?
We set your hours, appointment length and days off, then add a “Pick a time” link to your messages. Customers choose an open spot, get a confirmation right away, and you can export bookings to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar (.ics) or to a spreadsheet (.csv).
How do you handle consent and opt-outs?
We only message customers you have consent to contact, opt-out requests are honoured immediately across every channel, consent is logged with each contact, and messages hold during quiet hours you set.
Do you charge in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Canadian businesses are billed in CAD, and US businesses in USD. Use the currency switch above the plans to see your prices.
